If you're family is anything like mine, when you walk in the house you're usually carrying about 19 different things. I designed this to go near our entry, and serve as a place for wallets, phones, and any other little object that finds it's way home with you. More recently it has become the go-to spot for kid's shoes and bike helmets. That's fine though - better than on the floor.
